Behind UNO chair lies the precise coordination of MSDA Office Chair Manufacturer’s six core manufacturing processes. Starting with this product, we invite you to gain a deeper understanding of our craftsmanship and commitment to quality.
Process 01
Plastic Injection
After mixing and heating the virgin PP (Polypropylene), the injection machine with locking power of 1300T (one of the largest in this industry) injects the melt PP inside the mold for the structure of the backrest for UNO.
Process 02
Metal Structure
After cutting the metal pipe into proper length, A CNC bending machine bends the pipe into the right cantilever for UNO guest chair. After welding parts and polishing, an outsourcer will do chrome for us.
Process 03
Plywood
The CNC drawing machine draws holes on the plywood for seat as settings. After inserting the beds for bolts, we will use a check mold to make sure every hole is right.
Process 04
Foam Cushion
We cut the different foams and prepare the molded foam for armrests, after that we carefully glue layers of foam to the structure.
Process 05
Cutting and Sewing
A CNC cutter cuts the leather into small pieces; our experienced works sew the parts into the cover of the chair.
Process 06
Upholstering
We fasten the cover to the structure with the help of little metal clips. After that, we assemble this chair and check all functions.

Multiple models have passed EN 1335-1:2020 (dimensions) and EN 1335-2:2018 (safety requirements) tested by SGS. Confirms ergonomic dimensions, structural safety and rounded-edge design, granting smooth access to EU and UK markets.
