Eco-friendly sandwich mesh fabric—stretchy and comfortable, with high colorfastness that prevents fading even with long-term use. It is skin-friendly, breathable, and doesn’t trap heat; it is also abrasion-resistant, durable, and resistant to pilling, as well as stain-resistant and easy to clean.
Frame
The backrest core is made of glass fiber-reinforced, food-contact-grade virgin polypropylene (PP+GF), which is eco-friendly, non-toxic, and odorless, with high strength, no deformation, and good toughness. The seat cushion core consists of 9 layers of solid wood plywood, with formaldehyde emissions ≤0.5 mg/L and a thickness of ≥12 mm, making it eco-friendly, sturdy, and durable.
Cushion
Virgin polyurethane foam with a density of ≥40 kg/m³ and a resilience of ≥35%. It is eco-friendly, non-toxic, and odorless, providing comfortable support that retains its shape and does not sag even with long-term use.
Armrests
Single-point rotatable armrests made of injection-molded, glass-fiber-reinforced, food-contact-grade virgin polypropylene (PP+GF). They are eco-friendly, non-toxic, and odorless, with a smooth and refined texture. Crafted with meticulous attention to detail, they provide comfortable support, feature uniform color, and excellent colorfastness, ensuring they will not fade even with long-term use.
Writing Pad
A 360° adjustable writing pad with full storage capability; it can be rotated sideways for storage, allowing for effortless deployment and retraction, saving space, and offering convenient use; the writing tray base is die-cast from high-quality aluminum alloy with a finely polished surface, featuring an aesthetically pleasing design and exceptional durability.
Metal Legs
The metal legs is fabricated from 1.5mm-thick steel tubing; CNC robotic fully automatic welding, 360° polishing, and electrostatic powder coating on the frame surface; it is formed in a single process using an imported high-precision CNC pipe bender according to the designed shape and dimensions, ensuring uniform standards and precise craftsmanship.
Casters
The caster base material is glass-fiber-reinforced engineering nylon (PA+GF) with flexible polyurethane (PU) edging; 50mm in diameter, they are quiet, smooth-rolling, wear-resistant, and durable, and will not damage wooden floors.
Functionality
By lifting the seat cushion and rotating the armrests upward, the chair can be slid in and out, making storage convenient and saving space.
