The backrest and armrests feature a single-piece, high-density molded polyurethane foam with up to 95% resilience; foam density is 50 kg/m³. The headrest is made of virgin polyurethane foam with a density of ≥40 kg/m³ and resilience of ≥35%. It is eco-friendly, non-toxic, and odorless, providing comfortable support that retains its shape and does not sag even with long-term use.

Structure

The backrest and armrests are made from glass fiber-reinforced, food-contact-grade virgin polypropylene (PP+GF) through one-piece injection molding, featuring a carbon fiber-textured finish. They are eco-friendly, non-toxic, and odor-free, with high strength, resistance to deformation, and excellent toughness. The seat cushion base consists of 9 layers of solid wood plywood with formaldehyde emissions ≤0.5 mg/L and a thickness of ≥12 mm, ensuring eco-friendliness, sturdiness, and durability.

Headrest

Padded adaptive headrest: The headrest angle is adjustable, featuring an ergonomic design with a scientifically engineered curve that provides precise support for the cervical spine, offering a snug fit and a comfortable user experience.

Armrests

One-piece, padded armrests with a contoured design. The armrest surface is constructed from a plastic frame, molded foam, and microfiber leather, providing a soft, comfortable, and durable feel.

Gas Lift

Class 3 explosion-proof gas lift with an inner core wall thickness of 2 mm and an outer tube wall thickness of 1.5 mm. Filled with nitrogen at 6–8 MPa, with a lifting stroke of 85 mm.

Cantilever

A 2.5mm-thick cold-rolled steel cantilever with a wide recline angle that can be locked in the starting position; the backrest recline function passes the 120,000-cycle backrest pull test per the BIFMA X5.1-2017 standard.

Base

Base are injection-molded from glass-fiber-reinforced engineering nylon (PA+GF) with a radius of 350 mm. They pass the BIFMA X5.1-2017 chair leg test, withstanding a static load of 1,300 kg for one minute without breaking after two test cycles.

Casters

The casters are made of glass fiber-reinforced engineering nylon (PA+GF) with a flexible polyurethane (PU) edge coating. It has a diameter of 50 mm, operates quietly and smoothly, is wear-resistant and durable, and does not damage hardwood floors.

Environmental Protection

Made from eco-friendly materials, with formaldehyde emissions ≤0.5 mg/L and no toxic gases harmful to human health.
