Frame
The backrest is injection-molded from glass-fiber-reinforced engineering nylon (PA). It is eco-friendly, non-toxic, and odorless, with high strength, resistance to deformation, and good toughness. The seat cushion is injection-molded from glass-fiber-reinforced, food-contact-grade virgin polypropylene (PP+GF).
Chair Legs
The chair legs are fabricated from 1.5mm-thick steel tubing, fully automated CNC robotic welding, 360° polishing, and powder-coated with electrostatic spray. They are formed in a single process using an imported high-precision CNC tube bender according to the designed shape and dimensions, ensuring uniform standards and precise craftsmanship.
Writing Pad
The 360° adjustable writing pad features a fully retractable design that rotates sideways for storage, allowing for effortless deployment and retraction, saving space, and offering convenient use. The tray base is die-cast from high-quality aluminum alloy with a finely polished surface, featuring an aesthetically pleasing design and exceptional durability.
Functionality
Lift the seat cushion to slide the chair forward or backward for easy storage and space-saving. The base features a built-in horizontal connecting mechanism, allowing two or more chairs to be linked in a row to accommodate various usage scenarios.
Environmental Protection
Made from eco-friendly materials with formaldehyde emissions ≤0.5 mg/L and free of toxic gases harmful to human health.
