The backrest is injection-molded from glass-fiber-reinforced engineering nylon (PA). It is eco-friendly, non-toxic, and odorless, with high strength, resistance to deformation, and good toughness. The seat cushion is injection-molded from glass-fiber-reinforced, food-contact-grade virgin polypropylene (PP+GF).
Chair Legs
The chair legs are machined from 1.5mm-thick steel tubing, fully automatically welded by CNC robots, and polished 360°. The steel frame surface is treated with chromed powder coating. They are formed in a single process using an imported high-precision CNC tube bender according to the designed shape and dimensions, ensuring uniform standards and precise craftsmanship.
Functionality
By lifting the seat cushion, the chair can be slid in and out, making storage convenient and saving space. The base features a built-in horizontal connecting mechanism, allowing two or more chairs to be linked in a row to accommodate a variety of usage scenarios.
