Specialized Commercial Seating Manufacturer
As a professional office chair manufacturer, MSDA's product range covers just about every category of office seating—staff chairs, supervisor chairs, manager chairs, executive chairs, leisure chairs, conference chairs, and training chairs. We operate two manufacturing plants with a total area of 80,000㎡, plus a 12,000㎡ office building and product showroom. In China, our sales network reaches 26 provincial service centers, hundreds of brand stores, and multiple display zones across the country.

We're equipped with state-of-the-art machinery, including Yizumi 1300T injection molding machines, robotic welders, CNC tube benders, automatic fabric cutters, drilling machines, glue sprayers, foam production lines, and automated packaging systems. This allows us to produce efficiently, precisely, and on a large scale.

We've held ISO 9001, 14001, and 45001 certifications since 2008. We run a systematic management system and provide ISO training for all our employees. We also have a professional testing center that meets CNAS standards.
Our chairs are designed to comply with ANSI/BIFMA X5.1-2017, EN 1335, and QB/T 2280-2016. By refining our production processes and selecting high-quality raw materials, we ensure that every product meets the required standards.
Supplier Quality Control
Strict supplier audit focusing on quality performance; we only select qualified components to control quality from the source.
Supplier evaluation system with scoring on quality, delivery time, price and service, to dynamically adjust incoming inspection ratio.
Regular supplier inspection and on-site visits to supervise and improve quality performance.
After-sales traceability to help suppliers carry out quality improvement.
Full-Process Quality Control Flow
IQC: Full inspection of incoming materials to ensure inventory quality.
IPQC/PQC: First-piece confirmation before mass production to keep stable quality.
LQC: Full inspection of appearance and functions at key links like upholstering and packaging.
FQC/OQC: Comprehensive inspection of packaging, performance and appearance before delivery.
QA: Customer-oriented, full-process supervision of quality management system.
QE: Technical support for work instructions, prediction and solution of quality issues in production.

We have a 4,000㎡ office chair showroom with functional zones including executive office display area, conference display area, new product display area, multi-function demonstration hall, open display area and product selection area. We welcome customers to visit our factory and showroom.
