The A663‑1 option uses imported top‑grain leather – a natural, luxurious grain with excellent tensile strength, offering a genuine hide experience that ages gracefully with use. The seat and backrest are made of virgin polyurethane foam. The armrests are constructed from high-density molded foam, also maintaining a density standard of 55 kg/m³. The material is eco-friendly, non-toxic, and odorless, and remains resistant to deformation and sagging even with long-term use.
Food-contact-grade PP+GF · Embedded design
PP+GF One-Piece Injection Molding-Glass-fiber-reinforced food-contact-grade virgin polypropylene, eco-friendly, non-toxic, and odorless, certified for food contact. The industry’s first embedded design integrates the plastic back frame into the soft-pack, balancing decorative aesthetics with structural strength. The A/B series uses 12mm/9-ply solid wood plywood, while the D/DZ series is upgraded to 16mm/11-ply.

Gas Lift: Class III explosion-proof, 2mm inner core wall, 1.5mm outer tube, nitrogen pressure 6–8 MPa, stroke 85mm. Five-star base: CNC robotic welding + 360° polishing + chroming; withstood twice static strength tests of 1,136 kg without breaking. Casters: PA+GF base material + PU flexible edge coating; 60 mm diameter; quiet, smooth, and wood floor-friendly.

01. Injection Molding
1300-ton injection molding machine | ±0.05mm mold precision | Food-contact-grade PP+GF
The back frame begins as food‑contact‑grade virgin PP-chosen for purity and performance, then mixed with Glass Fiber to increase strength and stiffness and lower shrinkage and distortion.
An industry‑leading 1,300‑ton locking‑force injection molding machine then heats, homogenizes, and injects the material into precision‑engineered molds. The result: a PP+GF back frame body, formed in a single molding cycle, with consistent density, dimensional accuracy, and structural integrity throughout.
02. Metal Work
Automated welding | CNC tube bending ≤0.5mm | 8-step polishing process
Steel tubes are precision‑cut to the right length, then bent into cantilever frame in a single pass with an imported CNC bender - no secondary shaping required. Automated robotic welding produces consistent, reliable joints that meet rigorous quality requirements. After full 360° polishing and electroplating, the frame resists rust and stays sturdy, even with daily use.
03. Foam Cutting and Glueing
55 kg/m³ high density | five-zone comfort | 30+ combinations
Through trails of over 30 different combinations of foam combinations, we found the optimal balance: firm lumbar support, high-resilience seat cushions that resist sagging, and soft enveloping back comfort. Molded foam is prepared for armrests and other components, with layers of foam carefully bonded to create the 5-zone pressure-relief effect.
04. Solid Wood Plywood
12–16 mm solid wood plywood | E1-grade eco-friendly adhesive | CNC drilling with ±0.1 mm tolerance | verified with a gauge
A CNC driller precisely drills holes in solid wood plywood according to preset coordinates. After inserting the embedded nuts, a gauge is used to verify the accuracy of each hole position. The 9-layer/11-layer high-quality solid wood plywood ensures the stability of the base frame and its reliability for long-term use.
05. Cutting & Sewing
CNC Automatic Cutting Machine | ±0.5mm Cutting Accuracy | 10+ Years of Sewing Experience
CNC automated cutter precisely cuts leather into pieces, which skilled sewing craftsmen then stitch into complete chair covers. Stitching tolerance is maintained within 0.5mm, ensuring that every cover fits the frame flawlessly.
06. Final Assembly & QC
Precision metal clip assembly | Comprehensive pre-shipment inspection | Daily inspections + AQL sampling | 10-year warranty
The final assembly is where it all comes together. Covers are fastened to the frame with metal clips-no gaps, no misalignment. Then, each chair is tested as a complete system: lift, swivel, tilt, and lock functions verified one by one. This is MSDA's final, non‑negotiable step. Every Uno 663 that reaches you has earned its way out of our factory.
