Two strict pre‑shipment inspections keep defect rates low. Minor damaged or missing spare parts will be replenished free of charge with your next full container order.

What certifications do your plastic parts meet?
MSDA is ISO 9001 certified at the company level. Our plastic components are tested in the final chair product in accordance with BIFMA X5.1, EN 1335, and QB/T 2280‑2016. Individual test reports can be provided per project.
