OTC Robotic Welding Structure

Full CNC tube cutting, bending and OTC robot welding. 2.0-2.5mm thick steel pipe ensures heavy load capacity, pass BIFMA 136kg impact test.

Molded Foam Workshop

High-Resilience Eco Foam

Self-made high-density PU foam with 95% rebound rate. Raw materials meet low-formaldehyde rules, comfortable for long-time sitting.

Cutting & Sewing Workshop

Heyin Auto Cutting Machine

Equipped with Heyin automatic cutting machine and thick nylon sewing thread. Clean cutting lines and tight stitching prevent fabric tearing after long use.

Upholstery Workshop

Excellent craftsmanship and machine assisted efficiency

We fasten the cover to the structure with the help of little metal clips or nail gun.

Assembly and Package Workshop

Modular Standard Assembly

Professional workers install the gas lift, base and upholstery for final check and then package them in cartons.

Quality Inspection Lab

Strict BIFMA Full Testing

Independent test lab completes wheel cycle, base static load, back push and gas rod explosion-proof tests. 100% spot check before shipment.
