Our Commitment
We passed ISO 14001 Environmental Management System certification back in 2008 - one of the earliest in our industry. This is not a new trend for us. It is how we have run our factory for over 15 years.
Eco-Friendly Materials
Our foam, plywood and plastic parts meet strict formaldehyde emission standards (≤0.5mg/L). Safe for indoor use, easy to pass retail quality inspections.
Mesh and microfiber leather are chosen for long life and low chemical coating. They stay fresh for years without off-gassing.
We audit every supplier-only materials that meet our environmental and quality standards enter the production line.
Green Manufacturing
CNC bending machines, robotic welding and automatic cutting equipment reduce material scrap and energy use per chair.
IQC, IPQC, LQC, FQC and OQC inspection steps catch defects early-fewer rejected products mean less waste.
Our production layout minimizes material handling distance and power consumption.
Built to Last
This is our brand promise. Commercial-grade frames, 10-year structural warranty, and BIFMA-tested durability mean our chairs stay in service longer-and stay out of landfills.
These are not marketing numbers. They are SGS test results. A chair that survives this testing does not need to be replaced often.
Supply Chain Responsibility
We do not just control our own factory. We require our suppliers to meet the same environmental and quality bars. Regular site visits, performance scoring, and continuous improvement programs keep the whole supply chain accountable.
