The backrest is made of imported stretch mesh fabric, which offers uniform resilience and excellent elasticity, maintaining its shape and firmness even after long-term use; it features high colorfastness and will not fade over time; it is skin-friendly, breathable, and does not trap heat; it is abrasion-resistant, durable, and resistant to pilling; it is also stain-resistant and easy to clean.
Cushion
Virgin polyurethane foam with a density of ≥40 kg/m³ and a resilience of ≥35%. It is eco-friendly, non-toxic, and odorless, providing comfortable support that retains its shape and does not sag even with long-term use.
Frame
The backrest and armrest base material is glass-fiber-reinforced, food-contact-grade virgin polypropylene (PP+GF). It is eco-friendly, non-toxic, and odorless, with high strength, resistance to deformation, and good toughness. The seat cushion base is made of 9-layer solid wood plywood with formaldehyde emissions ≤0.5 mg/L and a thickness of ≥12 mm, making it eco-friendly, sturdy, and durable.
Lumbar Support
The elastic lumbar support conforms to the natural curve of the spine, providing precise support to relieve lower back pain caused by prolonged sitting. It moves forward and backward with the user, allowing for effective relaxation and relief from muscle tension during breaks from work.
Armrests
Single-point fixed armrests with a polyurethane (PU) surface that feels soft and comfortable to the touch.
Gas Lift
Class 3 burst-proof gas spring with a 2 mm inner core wall thickness and a 1.5 mm outer tube wall thickness; filled with nitrogen at 6–8 MPa; 85 mm height adjustment range.
Mechanism
2.5mm-thick cold-rolled steel mechanism with a wide swivel range; locks in the starting position; the backrest recline function passes the 120,000-cycle backrest pull test per the BIFMA X5.1-2017 standard.
Base
Chromed steel base, fully automated CNC robotic welding, uniform welds, high strength, 360° polished, electroplated surface, durable, rust-resistant, and fade-resistant, with a radius of 350 mm. Meets the BIFMA X5.1-2017 chair leg test, withstanding a static load of 1,136 kg for one minute without breaking after two test cycles.
Casters
The caster base is made of glass-fiber-reinforced engineering nylon (PA+GF) with a flexible polyurethane (PU) edge coating. They have a diameter of 60 mm, operate quietly and smoothly, are wear-resistant and durable, and do not damage hardwood floors.
