Cushion
Virgin polyurethane foam with a density of ≥40 kg/m³ and a resilience of ≥35%. It is eco-friendly, non-toxic, and odorless, offering comfortable bounce-back. It retains its shape and does not sag even with long-term use.
Base
The base is injection-molded from glass-fiber-reinforced engineering nylon (PA+GF) with a radius of 350 mm. It passes the BIFMA X5.1-2017 chair base test, withstanding a static load of 1,300 kg for one minute without breaking after two test cycles.
Upholstery
Eco-friendly sandwich mesh fabric—stretchy and comfortable, with high colorfastness that prevents fading even with long-term use. It is skin-friendly, breathable, and doesn’t trap heat; it is also abrasion-resistant, durable, and resistant to pilling, as well as stain-resistant and easy to clean.
Lumbar Support
A 2D (height and fore-aft adjustment) flexible lumbar support, paired with thickened, padded lumbar padding, conforms to the spine’s natural curve for precise support, alleviating lower back pain caused by prolonged sitting and ensuring a more comfortable nap.
Armrests
Height-adjustable armrests with a 70 mm adjustment range provide comfortable support, meeting arm support needs across various work scenarios; The armrest surfaces are made of thermoplastic polyurethane elastomer (TPU), offering a soft and comfortable feel while being scratch-resistant and wear-resistant.
Caster
The casters are made of glass fiber-reinforced engineering nylon (PA+GF) with a flexible polyurethane (PU) edge coating. It has a diameter of 50 mm, operates quietly and smoothly, is wear-resistant and durable, and does not damage hardwood floors.
Frame
The backrest and armrest base is made of glass fiber-reinforced, food-contact-grade virgin polypropylene (PP+GF)—eco-friendly, non-toxic, and odorless, with high strength, resistance to deformation, and excellent toughness. The seat cushion base consists of 9 layers of solid wood plywood with formaldehyde emissions ≤0.5 mg/L and a thickness of ≥12 mm, ensuring it is eco-friendly, sturdy, and durable.
