Virgin polyurethane foam with a density of ≥40 kg/m³ and a resilience of ≥35%. It is eco-friendly, non-toxic, and odorless, providing comfortable support that retains its shape and does not sag even with long-term use.
Structure
9-layer solid wood plywood with formaldehyde emission ≤0.5 mg/L and a thickness of ≥12 mm. Eco-friendly, sturdy, and durable.
Armrests
Two-point padded armrests. The armrest surface consists of a solid wood multilayer board covered with microfiber leather. The padding is comfortable to the touch, soft, and wear-resistant.
Cantilever
The cantilever is formed by bending 1.5mm-thick steel tubing (sleeved).The frame is formed in a single pass using an imported high-precision CNC tube bender according to the designed shape and dimensions. Fully automated CNC robotic welding and 360° polishing ensure precise craftsmanship, resulting in a sturdy, durable, and deformation-resistant structure.
Environmental Protection
Made from eco-friendly materials, with formaldehyde emissions ≤0.5 mg/L and no toxic gases harmful to human health.
