The structure consists of 9-ply solid wood plywood with formaldehyde emissions ≤0.5 mg/L and a thickness of ≥12 mm. It is eco-friendly, sturdy, and durable.
Cushion
Virgin polyurethane foam with a density of ≥40 kg/m³ and a rebound rate of ≥35%. It is eco-friendly, non-toxic, and odorless, providing comfortable support that retains its shape and does not sag even with long-term use.
Environmental Protection
Made from eco-friendly materials, with formaldehyde emissions ≤0.5 mg/L and no toxic gases harmful to human health.
Armrests
Two-point armrests with surfaces injection-molded from glass-fiber-reinforced, food-contact-grade virgin polypropylene (PP+GF). They are eco-friendly, non-toxic, and odorless, featuring a smooth and refined texture. Meticulously crafted for comfortable support, they exhibit uniform color and excellent colorfastness, ensuring no fading over time. They are highly durable, resistant to deformation, and offer excellent flexibility and wear resistance.
Cantilever
The cantilever is formed by bending 2.0mm-thick steel tubing. It is manufactured in a single process using an imported high-precision CNC tube bender to achieve the designed shape and dimensions, followed by fully automated CNC robotic welding and 360° polishing. This precise craftsmanship ensures a sturdy, durable, and deformation-resistant structure.
