Headrest
A high-density polyurethane molded foam headrest that provides precise support for the cervical spine, offers a snug fit, and ensures comfort.
Cushion
High-density polyurethane molded foam with up to 95% resilience; Foam density: 50 kg/m³; eco-friendly, non-toxic, and odorless; provides comfortable rebound; retains shape and does not sag even with long-term use.
Structure
Made of glass fiber-reinforced, food-grade virgin polypropylene (PP+GF); eco-friendly, non-toxic, and odorless; high strength, resistant to deformation, and highly resilient; The seat base is made of 9-layer solid wood plywood with formaldehyde emissions ≤0.5 mg/L and a thickness of ≥12 mm; it is eco-friendly, sturdy, and durable.
Armrests
Cantilevered, integrated armrests; the contoured armrest surfaces are crafted from plastic armrest panels covered with comfortable microfiber leather, featuring a soft-padded finish that is comfortable to the touch, soft, and wear-resistant.
Mechanism
2.5mm thick cold-rolled steel mechanism with a wide recline angle; locks in the starting position; the backrest recline function passes the 120,000-cycle backrest pull test per BIFMA X5.1-2017 standards.
Base
The base is injection-molded from glass-fiber-reinforced engineering nylon (PA+GF) with a radius of 350mm. It is covered with an ABS electroplated decorative cap and passes the BIFMA X5.1-2017 base test, withstanding a static load of 1,300 kg for one minute without breaking after two test cycles.
Casters
The caster base is made of glass fiber-reinforced engineering nylon (PA+GF) with a flexible polyurethane (PU) edge, 50 mm in diameter. They are quiet, smooth-rolling, wear-resistant, and durable, and will not damage hardwood floors.
Gas Lift
Class 3 explosion-proof gas lift with a 2mm-thick inner core and a 1.5mm-thick outer tube, filled with nitrogen at 6–8 MPa, and an 85mm lifting stroke.
Environmental Protection
Made from eco-friendly materials with formaldehyde emissions ≤0.5 mg/L and no toxic gases harmful to human health.
