Structure
Constructed from 9-layer solid wood plywood with formaldehyde emissions ≤0.5 mg/L and a thickness of ≥12 mm; eco-friendly, sturdy, and durable. The backrest and armrests are injection-molded as a single unit using food-grade virgin polypropylene reinforced with glass fiber (PP+GF), which is eco-friendly, non-toxic, and odorless; features uniform color and excellent colorfastness, ensuring no fading over time; High strength, resistant to deformation, excellent flexibility, comfortable springback, and a pleasant seating experience that prevents lower back strain even with long-term use.
Cantilever
The cantilever is formed by bending 2.0mm-thick steel tubing. It is manufactured in a single process using an imported high-precision CNC tube bender to achieve the designed shape and dimensions, followed by fully automated CNC robotic welding and 360° polishing. This precise craftsmanship ensures a sturdy, durable, and deformation-resistant structure. The steel frame is electroplated to prevent rusting even with long-term use.
Armrests
Cantilevered, integrated armrests. The contoured armrest surfaces are crafted from a combination of plastic armrest panels and microfiber leather, featuring a soft-padded finish that is comfortable to the touch, soft, and wear-resistant.
Environmental Protection
