Eco-friendly microfiber leather, comfortable to the touch and easy to maintain, with excellent wear resistance and durability, offering great value for money.
Cushion
High-density molded polyurethane foam with up to 95% resilience; foam density is 50 kg/m³. It is eco-friendly, non-toxic, and odorless, providing comfortable support that retains its shape and does not sag even with long-term use.
Structure
The backrest frame is made of glass fiber-reinforced, food-grade virgin polypropylene (PP+GF), which is eco-friendly, non-toxic, and odorless, with high strength, resistance to deformation, and excellent flexibility; the seat base is made of 9-layer solid wood plywood, with formaldehyde emissions ≤0.5 mg/L and a thickness of ≥12 mm, ensuring eco-friendliness, sturdiness, and durability.
Armrests
Cantilevered, integrated armrests. The contoured armrest surfaces are crafted from plastic armrest panels covered with comfortable microfiber leather, providing a soft, comfortable feel that is both supple and durable.
Mechanism
A 2.5mm-thick cold-rolled steel mechanism with a wide recline angle that can be locked in the starting position; the backrest recline function has passed the 120,000-cycle backrest pull test required by the BIFMA X5.1-2017 standard.
Base
The base is injection-molded from glass-fiber-reinforced engineering nylon (PA+GF) with a radius of 320mm. It is covered with an ABS electroplated decorative cap and passes the BIFMA X5.1-2017 base test, withstanding a static load of 1,300 kg for one minute without breaking after two test cycles.
Casters
The caster base is made of glass fiber-reinforced engineering nylon (PA+GF) with a flexible polyurethane (PU) edge, 50 mm in diameter. They are quiet, smooth-rolling, wear-resistant, and durable, and will not damage hardwood floors.
Gas Lift
Class 3 explosion-proof gas lift with a 2mm-thick inner core and a 1.5mm-thick outer tube, filled with nitrogen at 6–8 MPa, and an 85mm lifting stroke.
Environmental Protection
Made from eco-friendly materials with formaldehyde emissions ≤0.5 mg/L and no toxic gases harmful to human health.
