Cushion
The seat and armrests are filled with high-density molded polyurethane foam with up to 95% resilience; foam density is 50 kg/m³. The backrest uses virgin polyurethane foam with a density of ≥40 kg/m³ and resilience of ≥35%. It is eco-friendly, non-toxic, and odorless, providing comfortable support that retains its shape and does not sag even with long-term use.
Structure
The backrest and seat are injection-molded as a single unit using food-grade virgin polypropylene (PP+GF) reinforced with glass fiber. It is eco-friendly, non-toxic, and odorless; features high strength, no deformation, good toughness, comfortable resilience, and a pleasant sitting experience.
Armrests
Integrated wrap-around armrests, seamlessly connected to the backrest, providing comfortable support when reclining and convenient use.
Gas Lift
Class 3 explosion-proof gas spring with a 2mm-thick inner core and 1.5mm-thick outer tube, filled with nitrogen at 6–8 MPa, and an 65mm lifting stroke.
Mechanism
2.5mm-thick cold-rolled steel mechanism with a wide range of recline; locks in the starting position; the backrest recline mechanism has passed the 120,000-cycle pull-back test required by the BIFMA X5.1-2017 standard.
Base
Chromed steel base, fully automated CNC robotic welding, uniform welds, high strength, 360° polished, electroplated surface, durable, rust-proof, and fade-resistant, 350mm radius, passes the BIFMA X5.1-2017 base test with a static load of 1,136 kg for one minute, tested twice without breaking.
Casters
The caster base is made of glass-fiber-reinforced engineering nylon (PA+GF) with a flexible polyurethane (PU) edge coating. With a diameter of 60 mm, they operate quietly and smoothly, are wear-resistant and durable, and do not damage hardwood floors.
Environmental Protection
Made from eco-friendly materials, with formaldehyde emissions ≤0.5 mg/L and no toxic gases harmful to human health.
