Structure
The backrest base is made of glass fiber-reinforced, food-contact-grade virgin polypropylene (PP+GF), which is eco-friendly, non-toxic, and odorless, with high strength, resistance to deformation, and good toughness; the seat cushion base consists of 9 layers of solid wood plywood with formaldehyde emissions ≤0.5 mg/L and a thickness of ≥12 mm, making it eco-friendly, sturdy, and durable.
Armrests
Two-point armrests are injection-molded from glass fiber-reinforced, food-contact-grade virgin polypropylene (PP+GF). They are eco-friendly, non-toxic, and odor-free, with a smooth and refined texture, meticulous craftsmanship, and comfortable support. They feature uniform color and excellent colorfastness, ensuring they do not fade with long-term use; they are also high-strength, resistant to deformation, highly resilient, and wear-resistant.
Gas Lift
Class 3 explosion-proof gas lift with an inner core wall thickness of 2 mm and an outer tube wall thickness of 1.5 mm; filled with nitrogen at 6–8 MPa; lifting stroke of 85 mm.
Mechanism
A 2.5mm-thick cold-rolled steel mechanism with a wide recline angle that can be locked in the starting position; the backrest recline function passes the 120,000-cycle backrest pull test per the BIFMA X5.1-2017 standard.
Base
The base are injection-molded from glass-fiber-reinforced engineering nylon (PA+GF) with a radius of 320 mm. They pass the BIFMA X5.1-2017 chair leg test, withstanding a static load of 1,300 kg for one minute without breaking after two test cycles.
Caster
The caster is made of glass fiber-reinforced engineering nylon (PA+GF) with a flexible polyurethane (PU) edge coating. It has a diameter of 50 mm, operates quietly and smoothly, is wear-resistant and durable, and does not damage hardwood floors.
Environmental Protection
