Upholstery
The backrest features a sandwich-style mesh fabric with uniform resilience and excellent elasticity, ensuring it retains its shape and does not sag even after long-term use. The seat cushion is made of soft polyester fabric that is soft, breathable, and gentle on the skin for enhanced comfort. It offers high colorfastness, preventing fading over time, and remains breathable and comfortable without causing stuffiness. The fabric is abrasion-resistant, durable, pill-resistant, stain-resistant, and easy to clean.
Cushion
Virgin polyurethane foam with a density of ≥40 kg/m³ and a resilience of ≥35%. It is eco-friendly, non-toxic, and odorless, providing comfortable bounce and maintaining its shape without deformation or sagging even with long-term use.
Frame
The backrest base is made of glass fiber-reinforced, food-contact-grade virgin polypropylene (PP+GF). It is eco-friendly, non-toxic, and odorless, with high strength, resistance to deformation, and good toughness. The seat cushion base consists of 9 layers of solid wood plywood with formaldehyde emissions ≤0.5 mg/L and a thickness of ≥12 mm, making it eco-friendly, sturdy, and durable.
Gas Lift
A class 3 burst-proof gas lift with an inner core wall thickness of 2 mm and an outer tube wall thickness of 1.5 mm. It is filled with nitrogen at a pressure of 6–8 MPa and has a lifting stroke of 85 mm.
Mechanism
A 3.0 mm thick cold-rolled steel mechanism with a fixed angle; the seat height is adjustable via a handle.
Base
The base are injection-molded from glass-fiber-reinforced engineering nylon (PA+GF) with a radius of 300 mm. They pass the BIFMA X5.1-2017 chair leg test, withstanding a static load of 1,300 kg for one minute without breaking after two test cycles.
Casters
The caster base is made of glass-fiber-reinforced engineering nylon (PA+GF) with a flexible polyurethane (PU) rim; 50 mm in diameter, they are quiet, smooth-rolling, wear-resistant, durable, and will not damage hardwood floors.
Environmental Protection
Made from eco-friendly materials, with formaldehyde emissions ≤0.5 mg/L and no toxic gases harmful to human health.
