The backrest features eco-friendly sandwich mesh fabric, which is stretchy and comfortable; the seat is made of soft polyester fabric that is soft, breathable, and gentle on the skin for enhanced comfort. It offers high colorfastness and will not fade with long-term use. The fabric is skin-friendly, breathable, and prevents stuffiness; it is also abrasion-resistant, durable, pill-resistant, stain-resistant, and easy to clean.
Cushion
Virgin polyurethane foam with a density of ≥40 kg/m³ and a resilience of ≥35%. It is eco-friendly, non-toxic, and odorless, providing comfortable bounce-back. It retains its shape and does not sag even with long-term use.
Frame
The backrest base is made of glass fiber-reinforced, food-contact-grade virgin polypropylene (PP+GF). It is eco-friendly, non-toxic, and odorless, with high strength, resistance to deformation, and good toughness. The seat cushion base consists of 9 layers of solid wood plywood, with formaldehyde emissions ≤0.5 mg/L and a thickness of ≥12 mm. It is eco-friendly, sturdy, and durable.
Chair Legs
The chair legs is formed by bending 2.0 mm thick steel tubing. It is formed in a single operation to the designed shape and dimensions using an imported high-precision CNC tube bender, then fully automatically welded by a CNC robot and polished 360°. This precise manufacturing process ensures a sturdy, durable, and distortion-resistant structure. The steel frame is electroplated to prevent rust during long-term use.
Environmental Protection
Environmentally friendly materials are used, with formaldehyde emissions ≤ 0.5 mg/L and no toxic gases that are harmful to human health.
