Cushion
Virgin polyurethane foam with a density of ≥40 kg/m³ and a rebound rate of ≥35%. It is eco-friendly, non-toxic, and odorless, providing comfortable support that retains its shape and does not sag even with long-term use.
Frame
The backrest base is made of glass fiber-reinforced, food-contact-grade virgin polypropylene (PP+GF). It is eco-friendly, non-toxic, and odorless, with high strength, resistance to deformation, and good toughness; The seat cushion base is made of 9 layers of solid wood plywood, with formaldehyde emissions ≤0.5 mg/L and a thickness of ≥12 mm; it is eco-friendly, sturdy, and durable.
Headrest
A height-adjustable, padded headrest with an 80 mm adjustment range to accommodate users of different heights; ergonomically designed with a scientifically engineered curve for a comfortable fit that relieves shoulder and neck tension.
Lumbar Support
A height-adjustable, flexible lumbar support that conforms to the spine’s natural curve, providing precise support and relieving lower back pain caused by prolonged sitting.
Armrests
One-touch height-adjustable armrests with a 60 mm adjustment range, offering comfortable support. The armrest surfaces are made of thermoplastic polyurethane elastomer (TPU), which is soft and comfortable to the touch, as well as wear- and scratch-resistant.
Gas Lift
Class 3 burst-proof gas spring with a 2mm-thick inner core and a 1.5mm-thick outer tube, filled with nitrogen at 6–8 MPa, and an 85mm lifting stroke.
Mechanism
2.5 mm thick cold-rolled steel mechanism with wide-angle recline capability; can be locked in the starting position; the backrest recline function passes the 120,000-cycle backrest pull test per the BIFMA X5.1-2017 standard.
Base
Chromed steel base, fully automated CNC robotic welding, uniform welds, high strength, 360° polished, electroplated surface, durable, rust-resistant, and fade-resistant, with a radius of 350 mm. Meets the BIFMA X5.1-2017 chair leg test, withstanding a static load of 1,136 kg for one minute without breaking after two test cycles.
Casters
The caster base is made of glass-fiber-reinforced engineering nylon (PA+GF) with a flexible polyurethane (PU) edge coating. They have a diameter of 50 mm, operate quietly and smoothly, are wear-resistant and durable, and do not damage hardwood floors.
Environmental Protection
