The backrest and seat cushions are made of high-resilience mesh fabric, which provides uniform bounce and excellent elasticity, ensuring they retain their shape and do not sag even after long-term use; the fabric has high colorfastness and will not fade over time; it is skin-friendly and breathable, preventing stuffiness, and is abrasion-resistant, durable, and resistant to pilling, as well as stain-resistant and easy to clean.
Cushion
Virgin polyurethane foam with a density of ≥40 kg/m³ and a rebound rate of ≥35%. It is eco-friendly, non-toxic, and odorless, providing comfortable support that retains its shape and does not sag even with long-term use.
Frame
The backrest base is made of glass fiber-reinforced, food-contact-grade virgin polypropylene (PP+GF). It is eco-friendly, non-toxic, and odorless, with high strength, resistance to deformation, and good toughness. The seat cushion base consists of 9 layers of solid wood plywood with formaldehyde emissions ≤0.5 mg/L and a thickness of ≥12 mm, making it eco-friendly, sturdy, and durable.
Lumbar Support
A height-adjustable, flexible lumbar support that conforms to the spine’s natural curve, providing precise support to relieve lower back pain caused by prolonged sitting.
Armrests
Single-point armrests with rotatable armrest surfaces. The armrest surfaces are injection-molded from glass fiber-reinforced, food-contact-grade virgin polypropylene (PP+GF), featuring a smooth and refined texture, meticulous craftsmanship, and comfortable support.
Cantilever
The cantilever is formed by bending 2.0 mm thick steel tubing. It is formed in a single process using an imported high-precision CNC tube bender according to the designed shape and dimensions, then fully automatically welded by a CNC robot and polished 360°. This precise craftsmanship ensures it is sturdy, durable, and resistant to deformation. The steel frame is electroplated to prevent rust even with long-term use.
Environmental Protection
Made from eco-friendly materials, with formaldehyde emissions ≤0.5 mg/L and no toxic gases harmful to human health.
