Upholstery
Eco-friendly sandwich mesh fabric—stretchy and comfortable, with high colorfastness that prevents fading even with long-term use. It is skin-friendly, breathable, and doesn’t trap heat; it is also abrasion-resistant, durable, and resistant to pilling, as well as stain-resistant and easy to clean.
Cushion
Virgin polyurethane foam, density ≥40 kg/m³, resilience ≥35%. Eco-friendly, non-toxic, and odorless, it provides comfortable support and retains its shape without sagging or deformation even with long-term use.
Frame
The backrest and armrest base material is glass-fiber-reinforced, food-contact-grade virgin polypropylene (PP+GF). It is eco-friendly, non-toxic, and odorless, with high strength, resistance to deformation, and good toughness. The seat cushion base consists of 9 layers of solid wood plywood with formaldehyde emissions ≤0.5 mg/L and a thickness of ≥12 mm; it is eco-friendly, sturdy, and durable.
Armrests
Single-point fixed armrests, injection-molded from glass fiber-reinforced, food-contact-grade virgin polypropylene (PP+GF). They are eco-friendly, non-toxic, and odorless, with a smooth and refined texture, meticulous craftsmanship, and comfortable support. The color is uniform with excellent colorfastness, ensuring it does not fade with long-term use; they are highly strong, resistant to deformation, highly resilient, and wear-resistant.
Gas Lift
Class 3 explosion-proof gas lift with an inner core wall thickness of 2 mm and an outer tube wall thickness of 1.5 mm; filled with nitrogen at 6–8 MPa; lifting stroke of 85 mm.
Mechanism
Wide-angle swivel mechanism with a starting position lock; the recline range is 11°. The backrest recline function has passed the 120,000-cycle backrest pull test required by the BIFMA X5.1-2017 standard.
Base
Chromed steel base, fully automated CNC robotic welding, uniform welds, high strength, 360° polished, electroplated surface—durable, rust-resistant, and fade-resistant. Radius: 320 mm. Passes the BIFMA X5.1-2017 chair leg test: withstands a static load of 1,136 kg for one minute without breaking after two test cycles.
Casters
The caster base is made of glass-fiber-reinforced engineering nylon (PA+GF) with a flexible polyurethane (PU) edge coating. With a diameter of 50 mm, they operate quietly and smoothly, are wear-resistant and durable, and do not damage hardwood floors.
Environmental Protection
Made from eco-friendly materials, with formaldehyde emissions ≤0.5 mg/L and no toxic gases harmful to human health.
