Eco-friendly sandwich mesh fabric—stretchy and comfortable, with high colorfastness that prevents fading even with long-term use. It is skin-friendly, breathable, and doesn’t trap heat; it is also abrasion-resistant, durable, and resistant to pilling, as well as stain-resistant and easy to clean.
Cushion
Virgin polyurethane foam with a density of ≥40 kg/m³ and a resilience of ≥35%. It is eco-friendly, non-toxic, and odorless, offering comfortable bounce-back and maintaining its shape without deformation or sagging even with long-term use.
Frame
The backrest and armrest base material is glass-fiber-reinforced, food-contact-grade virgin polypropylene (PP+GF)—eco-friendly, non-toxic, and odorless, with high strength, resistance to deformation, and excellent toughness. The seat cushion base consists of 9 layers of solid wood plywood with formaldehyde emissions ≤0.5 mg/L and a thickness of ≥12 mm, making it eco-friendly, sturdy, and durable.
Armrests
Single-point-fixed armrests are injection-molded from glass-fiber-reinforced, food-contact-grade virgin polypropylene (PP+GF). They are eco-friendly, non-toxic, and odorless, with a smooth and refined texture, meticulous craftsmanship, and comfortable support. The color is uniform with excellent colorfastness, ensuring it does not fade with long-term use; they are highly strong, resistant to deformation, highly resilient, and wear-resistant.
Mechanism
A wide-angle, two-position locking mechanism that can be locked in both the original and end positions; the backrest recline function has passed the 120,000-cycle backrest pull test required by the BIFMA X5.1-2017 standard.
Base
The base are injection-molded from glass-fiber-reinforced engineering nylon (PA+GF) with a radius of 350 mm. They pass the BIFMA X5.1-2017 chair leg test, withstanding a static load of 1,300 kg for one minute without breaking after two test cycles.
Casters
The caster base is made of glass fiber-reinforced engineering nylon (PA+GF) with a flexible polyurethane (PU) edge coating. They have a diameter of 50 mm, operate quietly and smoothly, are wear-resistant and durable, and do not damage hardwood floors.
Environmental Protection
