Cushion
Virgin polyurethane foam with a density of ≥40 kg/m³ and a resilience of ≥35%. It is eco-friendly, non-toxic, and odorless, offering comfortable bounce-back and maintaining its shape without deformation or sagging even with long-term use.
Frame
The backrest and armrest base material is glass-fiber-reinforced, food-contact-grade virgin polypropylene (PP+GF)—eco-friendly, non-toxic, and odorless, with high strength, no deformation, and good toughness. The seat cushion base is made of 9-layer solid wood plywood with formaldehyde emissions ≤0.5 mg/L and a thickness of ≥12 mm—eco-friendly, sturdy, and durable.
Armrests
Single-point fixed armrests, injection-molded from glass fiber-reinforced, food-contact-grade virgin polypropylene (PP+GF). They are eco-friendly, non-toxic, and odorless, with a smooth and refined texture, meticulous craftsmanship, and comfortable support. The color is uniform with excellent colorfastness, ensuring it does not fade with long-term use; they are highly strong, resistant to deformation, highly resilient, and wear-resistant.
Gas Lift
A class 3 burst-proof gas lift with an inner core wall thickness of 2 mm and an outer tube wall thickness of 1.5 mm; filled with nitrogen at 6–8 MPa; lifting stroke of 85 mm.
Mechanism
Wide-angle, two-position locking mechanism that locks in both the original and final positions; the backrest recline function passes the 120,000-cycle backrest pull test per the BIFMA X5.1-2017 standard.
Base
The base are injection-molded from glass-fiber-reinforced engineering nylon (PA+GF) with a radius of 350 mm. They pass the BIFMA X5.1-2017 chair leg test, withstanding a static load of 1,300 kg for one minute without breaking after two test cycles.
Casters
The casters is made of glass fiber-reinforced engineering nylon (PA+GF) with a flexible polyurethane (PU) edge coating. It has a diameter of 50 mm, operates quietly and smoothly, is wear-resistant and durable, and does not damage hardwood floors.
Environmental Protection
Made from eco-friendly materials, with formaldehyde emissions ≤0.5 mg/L and no toxic gases harmful to human health.
