Cushion

Frame
The backrest and armrest base material is glass-fiber-reinforced, food-contact-grade virgin polypropylene (PP+GF)—eco-friendly, non-toxic, and odorless, with high strength, resistance to deformation, and excellent toughness. The seat cushion base consists of 9 layers of solid wood plywood with formaldehyde emissions ≤0.5 mg/L and a thickness of ≥12 mm, making it eco-friendly, sturdy, and durable.
Armrests
Single-point-fixed armrests are injection-molded from glass-fiber-reinforced, food-contact-grade virgin polypropylene (PP+GF). They are eco-friendly, non-toxic, and odorless, with a smooth and refined texture, meticulous craftsmanship, and comfortable support. The color is uniform with excellent colorfastness, ensuring it does not fade with long-term use; they are also highly strong, resistant to deformation, highly resilient, and wear-resistant.
Cantilever
The cantilever is formed by bending 2.0 mm thick steel tubing. It is formed in a single operation to the designed shape and dimensions using an imported high-precision CNC tube bender, fully automatically welded by a CNC robot, and polished 360°. The precise craftsmanship ensures it is sturdy, durable, and resistant to deformation.
Environmental Protection
