Structure
The backrest base is made of glass fiber-reinforced, food-contact-grade virgin polypropylene (PP+GF), which is eco-friendly, non-toxic, and odorless, with high strength, resistance to deformation, and good toughness; the seat cushion base consists of 9 layers of solid wood plywood with formaldehyde emissions ≤0.5 mg/L and a thickness of ≥12 mm, making it eco-friendly, sturdy, and durable.
Armrests
Two-point padded frame armrests; the armrest frames are die-cast from high-quality aluminum alloy, precision-polished and electroplated for an attractive finish, ensuring sturdiness and durability; the armrest surfaces are crafted from plastic panels covered with microfiber leather, providing a soft, comfortable, and wear-resistant feel.
Cantilever
The cantilever is formed by bending 2.0 mm thick steel tubing. It is formed in a single operation according to the designed shape and dimensions using an imported high-precision CNC tube bender, then fully automatically welded by a CNC robot and polished 360°. This precise manufacturing process ensures a sturdy, durable, and deformation-resistant structure. The cantilever is chromed to prevent rust even with long-term use.
Environmental Protection
Made from eco-friendly materials, with formaldehyde emissions ≤0.5 mg/L and no toxic gases harmful to human health.

We use only eco-friendly materials. Formaldehyde emissions are ≤0.5 mg/L, and neither the foam nor the panels emit any pungent or toxic odors.

Will the seat cushion sag if I sit on it for a long time?
It’s filled with 40 kg/m³ high-density virgin foam, which has excellent resilience and is unlikely to deform or sag even with long-term use.

Is the cantilever sturdy? Will it rust over time?
The 2.0mm thick steel tubes are integrally formed, fully automated welded, and undergo a fully polished chroming process, ensuring stable load-bearing capacity and resistance to rust and deformation.

The armrests are made of die-cast aluminum alloy with an chromed finish, covered with soft microfiber leather. They feel soft to the touch, are wear-resistant, and have a premium texture.
