Eco-friendly microfiber leather-comfortable to the touch, easy to maintain, wear-resistant, durable, and excellent value for money.
Cushion
High-density molded polyurethane foam with up to 95% resilience; foam density is 50 kg/m³. Eco-friendly, non-toxic, and odor-free, it offers comfortable bounce-back and maintains its shape without sagging even after long-term use. The surface layer features thickened hollow-core cotton padding for soft comfort and superior body-hugging support.
Structure
The backrest features a CNC-welded steel frame, ensuring a sturdy structure, standard design, and aesthetically pleasing craftsmanship. The seat base is constructed from 9-layer solid wood plywood with formaldehyde emissions ≤0.5 mg/L and a thickness of ≥12 mm, making it eco-friendly, robust, and durable.
Armrests
One-piece fully-enclosed armrests with an internal structure of CNC-welded steel frames and high-density molded polyurethane foam; upholstered with soft, comfortable, and durable material.
Mechanism
A wide-angle, multi-functional swivel mechanism with a 14-degree recline range and 4-position locking. The backrest recline function has passed the 120,000-cycle pull-back test required by the BIFMA X5.1-2017 standard.
Base
The base is injection-molded from glass-fiber-reinforced engineering nylon (PA+GF) with a radius of 350mm. It is covered with an ABS electroplated decorative cap and passes the BIFMA X5.1-2017 base test, withstanding a static load of 1,300 kg for one minute without breaking after two test cycles.
Casters
The caster base is made of glass fiber-reinforced engineering nylon (PA+GF) with a flexible polyurethane (PU) edge, 60 mm in diameter. They are quiet, smooth-rolling, wear-resistant, and durable, and will not damage hardwood floors.
Gas Lift
Class 3 explosion-proof gas lift with a 2mm-thick inner core and a 1.5mm-thick outer tube, filled with nitrogen at 6–8 MPa, and a lifting stroke of 65mm.
Environmental Protection
Made from eco-friendly materials with formaldehyde emissions ≤0.5 mg/L and no toxic gases harmful to human health.
