Headrest
Soft-padded, self-adjusting headrest with rotatable angle that automatically conforms to the cervical spine, providing a snug fit and comfortable experience.
Cushion
Virgin polyurethane foam with a density of ≥40 kg/m³ and a resilience of ≥35%. It is eco-friendly, non-toxic, and odor-free, providing comfortable support that retains its shape and does not sag even with long-term use.
Structure
The backrest base is made of glass fiber-reinforced, food-contact-grade virgin polypropylene (PP+GF) - eco-friendly, non-toxic, and odorless, with high strength, resistance to deformation, and excellent toughness. The seat cushion base consists of 9 layers of solid wood plywood with formaldehyde emissions ≤0.5 mg/L and a thickness of ≥12 mm, ensuring eco-friendliness, sturdiness, and durability.
Armrests
Two-point frame padded armrests; the armrest frames are made of high-quality die-cast aluminum alloy, with a finely polished and electroplated surface that is both aesthetically pleasing and durable; the armrest surfaces are crafted from plastic panels covered with microfiber leather, providing a soft, comfortable, and wear-resistant feel.
Lumbar Support
A height-adjustable, flexible lumbar support that conforms to the natural curve of the spine, providing precise support and alleviating lower back pain caused by prolonged sitting.
Mechanism
A wide-angle, multi-functional swivel mechanism with a 18° recline range and 4-position locking. The backrest recline function has passed the 120,000-cycle backrest pull test in accordance with the BIFMA X5.1-2017 standard.
Base
The base is injection-molded from glass-fiber-reinforced engineering nylon (PA+GF) with a radius of 350 mm. It is covered with an ABS chromed decorative cap and passes the BIFMA X5.1-2017 chair base test, withstanding a static load of 1,300 kg for one minute without breaking after two test cycles.
Casters
The caster base is made of glass-fiber-reinforced engineering nylon (PA+GF) with a flexible polyurethane (PU) edge, 60 mm in diameter. They are quiet, smooth-rolling, wear-resistant, durable, and will not damage hardwood floors.
Gas Lift
Class 3 explosion-proof gas lift with an inner core wall thickness of 2 mm and an outer tube wall thickness of 1.5 mm. Filled with nitrogen at 6–8 MPa, with a lifting stroke of 85 mm.
Environmental Protection
Made from eco-friendly materials with formaldehyde emissions ≤ 0.5 mg/L and free of toxic gases harmful to human health.
