The backrest is made of high-elasticity mesh fabric, which provides uniform resilience and excellent elasticity. It retains its shape and does not sag even after long-term use. The seat is made of soft polyester fabric that is soft, breathable, and gentle on the skin for added comfort. It features high colorfastness, so it does not fade over time, and is abrasion-resistant, durable, pill-resistant, stain-resistant, and easy to clean.
Headrest
The height-adjustable headrest features a rotatable angle to accommodate users of different heights. Its ergonomic design and scientifically engineered curvature provide a comfortable fit that relieves tension in the shoulders and neck.
Cushion
Virgin polyurethane foam with a density of ≥40 kg/m³ and a resilience of ≥35%. It is eco-friendly, non-toxic, and odorless, offering comfortable bounce-back without losing shape or sagging even with long-term use.
Lumbar Support
A large, flexible lumbar support that conforms to the spine’s natural curve, providing precise support to relieve lower back pain caused by prolonged sitting.
Frame
The backrest and armrest base material is glass-fiber-reinforced, food-contact-grade virgin polypropylene (PP+GF)—eco-friendly, non-toxic, and odorless, with high strength, resistance to deformation, and excellent toughness. The seat cushion base is made of 9-layer solid wood plywood with formaldehyde emissions ≤0.5 mg/L and a thickness of ≥12 mm—eco-friendly, sturdy, and durable.
Armrests
Two-point armrests are injection-molded from glass fiber-reinforced, food-contact-grade virgin polypropylene (PP+GF). They are eco-friendly, non-toxic, and odorless, with a smooth and refined texture. Crafted with meticulous attention to detail, they provide comfortable support, feature uniform color, and excellent colorfastness that prevents fading even with long-term use. They are highly strong, resistant to deformation, highly resilient, and wear-resistant.
Gas Lift
Class 3 explosion-proof gas lift with an inner core wall thickness of 2 mm and an outer tube wall thickness of 1.5 mm; filled with nitrogen at 6–8 MPa; lifting stroke of 85 mm.
Mechanism
2.5mm-thick cold-rolled steel mechanism with a wide recline angle; locks in the starting position; the backrest recline function passes the 120,000-cycle backrest pull test per the BIFMA X5.1-2017 standard.
Base
Base are injection-molded from glass-fiber-reinforced engineering nylon (PA+GF) with a radius of 335 mm. They pass the BIFMA X5.1-2017 chair leg test, withstanding a static load of 1,300 kg for one minute without breaking after two test cycles.
Casters
The caster base is made of glass fiber-reinforced engineering nylon (PA+GF) with a flexible polyurethane (PU) edge coating. They are quiet, smooth-rolling, wear-resistant, and durable, and will not damage hardwood floors.
Environmental Protection
