Upholstery
Eco-friendly microfiber leather-comfortable to the touch, easy to maintain, wear-resistant, durable, and offers excellent value for money.
Cushion
Virgin polyurethane foam with a density of ≥40 kg/m³ and a resilience of ≥35%. It is eco-friendly, non-toxic, and odorless, providing comfortable support that retains its shape and does not sag even with long-term use.
Structure
The backrest and armrest base is made of glass fiber-reinforced, food-contact-grade virgin polypropylene (PP+GF)-eco-friendly, non-toxic, and odorless, with high strength, resistance to deformation, and good toughness. The seat cushion base consists of 9 layers of solid wood plywood with formaldehyde emissions ≤0.5 mg/L and a thickness of ≥12 mm, making it eco-friendly, sturdy, and durable.
Lumbar Support
A large, flexible lumbar support that conforms to the spine’s natural curve, providing precise support and relieving lower back pain caused by prolonged sitting.
Armrests
Two-point armrests injection-molded from glass-fiber-reinforced, food-contact-grade virgin polypropylene (PP+GF). They are eco-friendly, non-toxic, and odorless, with a smooth and refined texture. Meticulously crafted, they provide comfortable support, feature uniform color, and excellent colorfastness-they will not fade even with long-term use. They are highly strong, resistant to deformation, highly resilient, and wear-resistant.
Gas Lift
Class 3 explosion-proof gas lift with a 2mm-thick inner core and a 1.5mm-thick outer tube, filled with nitrogen at 6–8 MPa, and an 85mm lifting stroke.
Mechanism
A 2.5mm-thick cold-rolled steel mechanism with a wide recline angle that can be locked in the starting position; the backrest recline function passes the 120,000-cycle backrest pull test required by the BIFMA X5.1-2017 standard.
Base
The base is injection-molded from glass-fiber-reinforced engineering nylon (PA+GF) with a radius of 335 mm. They pass the BIFMA X5.1-2017 chair leg test, withstanding a static load of 1,300 kg for one minute without breaking after two test cycles.
Casters
The caster base is made of glass-fiber-reinforced engineering nylon (PA+GF) with a flexible polyurethane (PU) edge coating. They are quiet, smooth-rolling, wear-resistant, durable, and will not damage hardwood floors.
Environmental Protection
Made from eco-friendly materials, with formaldehyde emissions ≤0.5 mg/L and no toxic gases harmful to human health.
