Filling
The armrests are shaped with high-density polyurethane sponge, and the resilience can reach 95%; The density of the sponge is 50kg/m³, and the original polyurethane sponge on the seat back has a density of ≥40kg/m³, resilience of ≥35%, environmental protection, no toxicity, no odor, comfortable resilience, no deformation and no collapse after long-term use.
Base material
Glass fiber reinforced food contact grade primary polypropylene (PP+GF) injection molded conjoined chair back and seat, which is environmentally friendly, nontoxic and odorless; High strength, no deformation, good toughness, comfortable resilience and good sitting feeling.
Armrests
Integrally wrapped armrests are connected with the backrest into a whole, which is comfortable to support when leaning back and convenient to use.
Gas pole
Three-stage explosion-proof gas pole, with the inner core wall thickness of 2mm and the outer tube wall thickness of 1.5mm, filled with nitrogen gas of 6-8MPa, and the lifting stroke of 85mm.
Mechanism
2.5mm thick cold-rolled steel plate mechanism with large angle, which can be locked in the initial position. The reclining function of backrest can pass 120,000 back pulling tests of BIFMA X5.1-2017 standard.
Base
Electroplated steel base, fully automatic welding by CNC robot, uniform weld seam, good strength, 360 degree polishing, surface electroplating, durable rust-proof and colorfast, with a radius of 350mm, which can pass the BIFMA X5.1-2017 base test, with static pressure of 1136kg for one minute and no breakage after two tests.
Casters
Casters are made of glass fiber reinforced engineering nylon (PA+GF) and flexible polyurethane (PU) with a diameter of 60mm, which is quiet and smooth, wear-resistant and durable, and does not hurt the wooden floor.
Environmental protection
Adopt environmentally-friendly materials, in which the formaldehyde emission is ≤0.5mg/L, and there is no toxic gas harmful to human health.
