The injection‑molding workshop manufactures critical plastic components such as backrests, bases, writing tablets and armrest shells for ergonomic chairs, plastic chairs, training chairs and stackable chairs. Heavy‑duty automated injection‑molding equipment runs continuously, while operators perform concurrent procedures including mold adjustment, dimensional measurement and visual defect inspection to realize closed‑loop production from plastic pellets to finished components.

Injection molding is far more than a simple forming process; it stands as a core link within precision manufacturing. Raw‑material formula, barrel temperature, injection pressure and cooling duration all exert influence over component strength, toughness and surface appearance.

Custom colors and sizes are available for client‑specified parts. Produced components supply our full in‑house seating portfolio. Strict process inspections are enforced inside the workshop to minimize batch‑to‑batch deviation and ensure stable part interchangeability during final assembly for mesh chairs, leather chairs, meeting chairs and other finished products.
