Upholstery
Eco-friendly sandwich mesh fabric—stretchy and comfortable, with high colorfastness that prevents fading even with long-term use. It is skin-friendly, breathable, and doesn’t trap heat; it is also abrasion-resistant, durable, and resistant to pilling, as well as stain-resistant and easy to clean.
Frame
The backrest core is made of glass fiber-reinforced, food-contact-grade virgin polypropylene (PP+GF), which is eco-friendly, non-toxic, and odorless, with high strength, no deformation, and good toughness. The seat cushion core consists of 9 layers of solid wood plywood, with formaldehyde emissions ≤0.5 mg/L and a thickness of ≥12 mm; it is eco-friendly, sturdy, and durable.
Cushion
Virgin polyurethane foam with a density of ≥40 kg/m³ and a resilience of ≥35%. It is eco-friendly, non-toxic, and odorless, providing comfortable support that retains its shape and does not sag even with long-term use.
Armrests
Single-point rotatable armrests, injection-molded from glass-fiber-reinforced, food-contact-grade virgin polypropylene (PP+GF). They are eco-friendly, non-toxic, and odorless, with a smooth and refined texture. Meticulously crafted, they provide comfortable support, feature uniform color, and excellent colorfastness, ensuring they do not fade even with long-term use.
Metal legs
The metal legs is fabricated from 1.5mm-thick steel tubing; it is fully automated CNC-robot welded, 360° polished, and features a powder-coated finish. It is formed in a single process using an imported high-precision CNC tube bender according to the designed shape and dimensions, ensuring uniform standards and precise craftsmanship.
Functionality
When the armrests are rotated upward, the chairs can be stacked for convenient storage and space-saving. The base features a built-in horizontal connecting mechanism, allowing two or more chairs to be linked in a row to accommodate a variety of usage scenarios.
Environmental Protection
Made from eco-friendly materials, with formaldehyde emissions ≤0.5 mg/L and no toxic gases harmful to human health.
