Upholstery
Soft polyester fabric that is soft, breathable, and gentle on the skin for enhanced comfort. It features high colorfastness, resists fading even with long-term use, is abrasion-resistant and durable without pilling, and is stain-resistant and easy to clean.
Cushion
High-density molded polyurethane foam with up to 95% resilience. The foam density is 50 kg/m³; it is eco-friendly, non-toxic, and odorless, providing comfortable support that retains its shape and does not sag even with long-term use.
Frame
Glass-fiber-reinforced, food-contact-grade virgin polypropylene (PP+GF) injection-molded one-piece seat-and-back support. Environmentally friendly, non-toxic, and odorless; high strength, resistant to deformation, good toughness, comfortable resilience, and excellent seating comfort.
Backrest
A padded backrest with 4-position height adjustment and damping control, offering a 50 mm height adjustment range to accommodate users of different heights. It features an ergonomic design with a scientifically engineered curve for a comfortable, contoured fit.
Gas Lift
A class 3 burst-proof gas lift with an inner core wall thickness of 2 mm and an outer tube wall thickness of 1.5 mm. It is filled with nitrogen at 6–8 MPa and has a lifting stroke of 120 mm.
Base
The base is injection-molded from glass-fiber-reinforced engineering nylon (PA+GF) with a radius of 300 mm. It passes the BIFMA X5.1-2017 chair base test, withstanding a static load of 1,300 kg for one minute without breaking after two test cycles.
Casters
The caster base is made of glass fiber-reinforced engineering nylon (PA+GF) with a flexible polyurethane (PU) edge coating. They have a diameter of 50 mm, operate quietly and smoothly, are wear-resistant and durable, and do not damage hardwood floors.
Environmental Protection
Made from eco-friendly materials, with formaldehyde emissions ≤0.5 mg/L and no toxic gases harmful to human health.
