A 2.5mm-thick cold-rolled steel mechanism with a wide recline angle that can be locked in the starting position; the backrest recline function passes the 120,000-cycle backrest pull test required by the BIFMA X5.1-2017 standard.
Base
The base are injection-molded from glass-fiber-reinforced engineering nylon (PA+GF) with a radius of 320 mm. They pass the BIFMA X5.1-2017 chair leg test, withstanding a static load of 1,300 kg for one minute without breaking after two test cycles.
Casters
The casters are made of glass-fiber-reinforced engineering nylon (PA+GF) with a flexible polyurethane (PU) edge coating. They have a diameter of 50 mm, operate quietly and smoothly, are wear-resistant and durable, and do not damage hardwood floors.
Frame
The backrest and armrest base material is glass-fiber-reinforced, food-contact-grade virgin polypropylene (PP+GF)—eco-friendly, non-toxic, and odorless, with high strength, no deformation, and good toughness. The seat cushion base is made of 9-layer solid wood plywood with formaldehyde emissions ≤0.5 mg/L and a thickness of ≥12 mm—eco-friendly, sturdy, and durable.
Armrests
Single-point-fixed armrests, injection-molded from glass-fiber-reinforced, food-contact-grade virgin polypropylene (PP+GF). They are eco-friendly, non-toxic, and odorless, with a smooth and refined texture. Meticulously crafted, they provide comfortable support, feature uniform color, and excellent colorfastness—they will not fade even with long-term use. They are highly strong, resistant to deformation, highly resilient, and wear-resistant.
Upholstery
The backrest is made of sandwich-style mesh fabric, which provides uniform resilience and excellent elasticity, ensuring it retains its shape and does not sag even after long-term use. The seat cushion is made of soft polyester fabric that is soft, breathable, and gentle on the skin for enhanced comfort. It features high colorfastness, so it will not fade over time. The fabric is skin-friendly, breathable, and prevents stuffiness; it is also wear-resistant, durable, resistant to pilling, stain-resistant, and easy to clean.
