Upholstery
Soft polyester fabric that is soft, breathable, and gentle on the skin for enhanced comfort. It features high colorfastness, resists fading even with long-term use, is abrasion-resistant and durable without pilling, and is stain-resistant and easy to clean.
Cushion
High-density molded polyurethane foam with up to 95% resilience. The foam density is 50 kg/m³; it is eco-friendly, non-toxic, and odorless, providing comfortable bounce-back and maintaining its shape without sagging even after long-term use.
Frame
Glass-fiber-reinforced, food-contact-grade virgin polypropylene (PP+GF) injection-molded one-piece seat-and-back support; eco-friendly, non-toxic, and odorless; high strength, no deformation, good toughness, comfortable rebound, and excellent seating comfort.
Backrest
4-position height-adjustable, damped, padded backrest with a 50 mm adjustment range to accommodate users of different heights; ergonomically designed with a scientifically engineered curve for a comfortable fit.
Gas Lift
Class 3 explosion-proof gas lift with a 2mm-thick inner core and a 1.5mm-thick outer tube, filled with nitrogen at 6–8 MPa, and a lifting stroke of 260mm.
Foot rest
Injection-molded from glass fiber-reinforced engineering nylon (PA+GF), 460mm in diameter, with a height-adjustable foot rest ring offering a 200mm adjustment range to accommodate users of different heights and provide comfortable support for both feet.
Base
Injection-molded from glass-fiber-reinforced engineering nylon (PA+GF), with a radius of 335 mm. Meets the BIFMA X5.1-2017 chair leg test standard, withstanding a static load of 1,300 kg for one minute without breaking after two test cycles.
Casters
The casters are made of glass-fiber-reinforced engineering nylon (PA+GF) with a flexible polyurethane (PU) edge coating. They have a diameter of 50 mm, operate quietly and smoothly, are wear-resistant and durable, and do not damage hardwood floors.
Environmental Protection
