The backrest is made of imported stretch mesh fabric, which offers uniform resilience and excellent elasticity, maintaining its shape and firmness even after long-term use; it features high colorfastness and will not fade over time; it is skin-friendly and breathable, preventing stuffiness, and is abrasion-resistant, durable, and resistant to pilling, as well as stain-resistant and easy to clean.
Cushion
Virgin polyurethane foam with a density of ≥40 kg/m³ and a resilience of ≥35%. It is eco-friendly, non-toxic, and odorless, providing comfortable support that retains its shape and does not sag even with long-term use.
Frame
The backrest and armrest base material is glass-fiber-reinforced, food-contact-grade virgin polypropylene (PP+GF). It is eco-friendly, non-toxic, and odorless, with high strength, resistance to deformation, and good toughness. The seat cushion base is made of 9-layer solid wood plywood with formaldehyde emissions ≤0.5 mg/L and a thickness of ≥12 mm, making it eco-friendly, sturdy, and durable.
Lumbar Support
The elastic lumbar support conforms to the natural curve of the spine, providing precise support to relieve lower back pain caused by prolonged sitting. It moves forward and backward with the user, allowing for effective relaxation and relief from muscle tension during breaks from work.
Armrests
Single-point fixed armrests with a polyurethane (PU) surface that feels soft and comfortable to the touch.
Cantilever
The cantilever is formed by bending 2.0 mm thick steel tubing. It is formed in a single process using an imported high-precision CNC tube bender according to the designed shape and dimensions, then fully automatically welded by a CNC robot and polished 360°. This precise craftsmanship ensures it is sturdy, durable, and resistant to deformation. The steel frame is chromed to prevent rust even with long-term use.
Environmental Protection
Made from eco-friendly materials, with formaldehyde emissions ≤0.5 mg/L and no toxic gases harmful to human health.
