Structure
The backrest and armrest are made of glass fiber-reinforced, food-contact-grade virgin polypropylene (PP+GF). It is eco-friendly, non-toxic, and odorless, with high strength, resistance to deformation, and good toughness. The seat cushion base consists of 9 layers of solid wood plywood with formaldehyde emissions ≤0.5 mg/L and a thickness of ≥12 mm, making it eco-friendly, sturdy, and durable.
Armrests
Two-point armrests are injection-molded from glass fiber-reinforced, food-contact-grade virgin polypropylene (PP+GF). They are eco-friendly, non-toxic, and odorless, with a smooth and refined texture. Crafted with meticulous attention to detail, they provide comfortable support, feature uniform color and excellent colorfastness, and resist fading even with long-term use. They are highly strong, resistant to deformation, highly resilient, and wear-resistant.
Cantilever
The cantilever is formed by bending 2.5 mm thick steel tubing. It is formed in a single operation using an imported high-precision CNC tube bender according to the designed shape and dimensions, then fully automatically welded by a CNC robot and polished 360°. The precise craftsmanship ensures it is sturdy, durable, and resistant to deformation. The steel frame surface is treated with electrostatic powder coating to prevent rust during long-term use.
Environmental Protection
Made from eco-friendly materials, with formaldehyde emissions ≤0.5 mg/L and no toxic gases harmful to human health.

We offer two options: microfiber leather and mesh. Microfiber leather is durable and stylish—you can clean it with a damp cloth, so it’s very easy to maintain.

If I sit on it every day, will the foam cushion sag or develop an odor?
It’s made of high-density virgin polyurethane foam, which is odor-free and highly resilient. It won’t easily lose its shape or sag, even with long-term use.
