Cushion
The backrest and armrests feature a single-piece, high-density molded polyurethane foam with up to 95% resilience; the foam density is 50 kg/m³. The seat is made of virgin polyurethane foam with a density of ≥40 kg/m³ and resilience of ≥35%. It is eco-friendly, non-toxic, and odorless, providing comfortable support that retains its shape and does not sag even with long-term use.
Structure
The backrest and armrests are made from glass fiber-reinforced, food-contact-grade virgin polypropylene (PP+GF) through one-piece injection molding. The exterior features a carbon fiber-textured finish; it is eco-friendly, non-toxic, and odorless, with high strength, resistance to deformation, and excellent toughness. The seat cushion base consists of 9 layers of solid wood plywood with formaldehyde emissions ≤0.5 mg/L and a thickness of ≥12 mm; it is eco-friendly, sturdy, and durable.
Armrests
One-piece, integrated padded armrests. The contoured armrest surface is constructed from a plastic armrest frame, shaped foam padding, and microfiber leather, providing a soft, comfortable, and durable feel.
Cantilever
The cantilever is formed by bending steel tubing with a diameter of 28 mm and a wall thickness of 2.5 mm. It is formed in a single operation using an imported high-precision CNC tube bender according to the designed shape and dimensions, then fully automatically welded by a CNC robot and polished 360°. This precise craftsmanship ensures a sturdy, durable, and deformation-resistant structure.
Environmental Protection
Made from eco-friendly materials, with formaldehyde emissions ≤0.5 mg/L and no toxic gases harmful to human health.

The backrest and armrests are made of 50 kg/m³ high-density foam with 95% resilience, and the seat cushion foam meets resilience standards. It will not deform or sag even with long-term use.

The entire series uses eco-friendly raw materials. Formaldehyde emissions are ≤0.5 mg/L. The foam, panels, and plastic are all non-toxic and free of pungent odors.
