Cushion
Virgin polyurethane foam with a density of ≥40 kg/m³ and a resilience of ≥35%. It is eco-friendly, non-toxic, and odorless, providing comfortable bounce and maintaining its shape without deformation or sagging even after long-term use.
Frame
The backrest and armrest base material is glass fiber-reinforced, food-contact-grade virgin polypropylene (PP+GF). It is eco-friendly, non-toxic, and odorless, with high strength, resistance to deformation, and good toughness. The seat cushion base is made of 9-layer solid wood plywood with formaldehyde emissions ≤0.5 mg/L and a thickness of ≥12 mm, making it eco-friendly, sturdy, and durable.
Lumbar Support
A large, flexible lumbar support that conforms to the spine’s natural curve, providing precise support and relieving lower back pain caused by prolonged sitting.
Armrests
Two-point armrests injection-molded from food-contact-grade virgin polypropylene reinforced with glass fiber (PP+GF). They are eco-friendly, non-toxic, and odorless, with a smooth and refined texture. Meticulously crafted, they provide comfortable support, feature uniform color, and excellent colorfastness—they will not fade even with long-term use. They are highly strong, resistant to deformation, highly resilient, and wear-resistant.
Cantilever
The cantilever is formed by bending 2.0mm-thick steel tubing. It is formed in a single process using an imported high-precision CNC tube bender according to the designed shape and dimensions, then fully automatically welded by a CNC robot and polished 360°. This precise craftsmanship ensures a sturdy, durable, and deformation-resistant structure. The steel frame is finished with electrostatic powder coating to prevent rust even with long-term use.
Environmental Protection
Made from eco-friendly materials, with formaldehyde emissions ≤0.5 mg/L and no toxic gases harmful to human health.
